We ship within the United States and Canada.

Orders are shipped with USPS, FedEx and UPS.

How long will my order take?

It depends on where you are located. Orders shipped within the US take 3-5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

If you spend $84 shipping is free for all states within the US. Shipping to Canada is based on the zip-code and weight of the package. We will find you the lowest possible priority rate.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

How long before an order is processed?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of the time you placed the order (excluding weekends). When your order ships, you will receive an automatic email confirming your shipment.

How do I cancel my order?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Please fill out the contact form below and we will do our best to cancel the order.

If the package was already shipped out, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped, an email confirmation will be sent with the tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Please note it can take 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update.

My order says delivered but I never received it.

We encourage you to ask your neighbors if they received a package that does not belong to them. You can also contact your local post office with your tracking number to see if they are holding the package for you. If your order still has not arrived after 7 days of being marked as delivered, please fill out the contact form below and we will do our best to help take care of you.

What size are your socks?

Our socks are size 8 -10 US and size 11-14 US.

What lengths do your socks come in?

Tanaka Designs Socks are mid-calf length.

What are your socks made of?

Tanaka Designs socks are comprised of 80% premium Egyptian Cotton, 20% mixed fibers. The 20% mixed fibers is comprised of 17% polyamide and 3% elastane.

How should I wash my socks?

1. We recommend you turn the socks inside out
2. Wash your socks on a cycle with cold water.
3. Hang dry for the best results or if necessary, put them in the dryer on a light tumble.

Where are your socks made?

Tanaka Designs Socks are produced in Egypt in a family-owned factory.

What are your payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Can I return my product?

We are happy to offer a return on new unworn items in their original packaging, (socks must be inside clear plastic sleeve and tags must be attached) within 14 days from the day we ship your socks.

Socks must be undamaged in re-sellable condition.

If you order more than 1 pair of socks, we allow 1 pair to be tried on and the rest should be returned unused together with the tried on sock to qualify for a full refund.

Any socks missing will be deducted from your return. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be refused.

A full refund will be issued if return shipping is paid for by the customer.

Can I exchange my product?

We hope that you will love what you see on our website and would not need to exchange but purchase more socks. However, if you need to exchange, requests must be made within 14 days from the day we ship your socks. Requests to exchange after this point will not be accepted.

Exchanges are free in the US and to qualify for an exchange:

• Socks must be unworn in original packaging with tags attached, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition.
• If a second exchange is requested, the cost of that shipping will be covered by the customer.
